TECHNICAL PRODUCTION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

Cutting, Closing, and Finishing: Execute precise cutting, stitching, and finishing techniques to create high-quality leather handbags.
Quality Control: Ensure that finished products meet pre-defined quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
Exclusive Models: Create unique and exclusive leather handbag designs.
Small Orders: Handle small-scale production runs.
Reports: ensure production run smoothly achieving the required efficiency. Check and update daily report based on production data.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: An associate’s degree is generally required to work as a leather goods manufacturing technician, although this requirement may vary.
Language: able to speak read and write in Vietnamese, a plus if can speak English or Chinese
Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in leather handbag business.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

Leather Goods Manufacturing Processes: Understand the processes, technology, and machinery involved in leather handbags manufacturing.
Technical Specifications: Produce technical specifications such as drawings, understanding of patterns, characteristics of materials to ensure the best outcome of the products and sheets for various stages of production.
Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to quality and precision.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
