Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand image and visibility of the firm within the Vietnamese market.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets.
  3. Passionately advocate for Vietnamese traditional food, incorporating it into marketing initiatives to promote cultural heritage and authenticity.
  4. Lead the marketing team in executing brand marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  5. Take charge of re-branding initiatives to rebuild trust in product and service quality among customers who have previously expressed doubts.
  6. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  7. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand messaging and reach.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts through KPIs and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance and ROI.
  9. Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in branding and marketing to continually enhance [FNB Chain Name]'s competitive edge.

Requirements:

  1. Vietnamese nationality.
  2. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  3. Genuine passion for Vietnamese traditional food and a commitment to promoting it through marketing efforts.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  5. Demonstrated experience in executing brand marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels.
  6. Previous experience in re-branding initiatives, particularly in rebuilding trust in product and service quality.
  7. Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  10. Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English.
