General Accountant | Temp 7-Month | 2 to 3 Years of Experience | Account Payable | Account Receivable | Taxes (VAT/PIT) | English | On-site District 1

PESOLKELLY's client, a leading global provider of digital engineering, cloud and AI-enabled transformation services, as well as a leading business and experience consulting partner for global enterprises and ambitious startups, hiring an ACCOUNTAN (TEMP 7-MONTH). Please refer information as below:

  1. Working Time: Fulltime, Monday to Friday
  2. Location: District 1, HCMC
  3. 3 years of experience in relevant roles

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • AP: Liaise with the AP team to verify details of VAT invoices for tax compliance, oversee vendor registration process, and resolve any issues with bank payments.
  • Monthly Closing: Liaise with internal teams to ensure all necessary documents are provided to outsourcing vendors on time to prepare Local monthly financial statements; Review and Liaise with outsourcing vendors and Corporate teams to address discrepancies between Local books and Corp books; Report to management any infrequent and unusual items during the period.
  • AR: Work with the Corporate revenue team to issue revenue invoices.
  • Taxes: Review monthly VAT reports; Assist HR team in issues relating to PIT.
  • Effective fixed asset management.
  • Liaise with the bank and prepare necessary banking documentation for loans, overseas payments/deposits etc.
  • Cooperate with multiple Corporate Finance teams to assist in annual audit and tax audit.
  • Ad-hoc requirements from the management team.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3 years of experience as General Accountant, with a university degree in accounting/finance.
  • Strong knowledge of local Vietnam GAAP and tax rules (VAT, CIT, PIT).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively liaise verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization. Good command of spoken and written English is a must; upper intermediate (CEFR B2) or higher level of spoken and written English.
  • Management of Resources: Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and take ownership of projects; capable of performing job requirements with minimal oversight and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner and adaptability.
  • Problem-solving skills.
