We are looking for a candidate with strong sales experience of technical products for water supply clients. This is homebased position and open for candidate living in the North of Vietnam.

Job Description

 

 

Main objectives
  • Support Water Treatment/ Water Utilities sales activities in North Vietnam by promoting piping solutions and services into the market with the goal to establish market position as preferred piping systems solution supplier
  • Achieve sales and margin targets in North Vietnamfor Water Treatment/ Water Utilities market segment

1 Identify & forecast sales potential for WT/UT market and be accountable for sales target. Monitor and evaluate the development / behaviour of key players (customers inclusive of end customers, consultants, designers, competitors…) in Philippines and translate into marketing strategies and tangible sales. 40
2 Proactively maintain good network with existing customers by understanding their needs and proposed targeted company solutions to expand overall sales potential. 25
3 Proactiviely creating new business prospect and / or new business opportunities. 15
4 Work closely with operations team to address customer service issues and involve in stocks forecast. 10
5 Maintain sales activity in CRM by updating customer data, planning of visits, generating of sales visits report and updating of projects status timely 20
 
 




 

Competences and responsibilities

Job Requirements:
  1. A minimum of three years experience in sales/business development in similar industry.
  2. Strong sales hunting personality, driven and a self-starter.
  3. Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends.
  4. Strong time management skills, able to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines.
  5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
  6. Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  7. Able to work both independently as well as is a team player.
  8. Good network particularly in Vietnam Water district companies, (WASUCO, HADUCO,HSD,HESACO,URENCO) etc, and other independently operating utility companies in PH.
