Job description: ADMIN STAFF
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in managing and organizing office documentation, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails, letters, and phone calls.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
-
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.

Collaborate with different departments to provide administrative support as needed.

Assist with organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Conduct research and gather information as assigned.

Assist in special projects or assignments as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
-
From 2 years of working experience in relatable position (experience in FDI environment is a plus)

Good command in English 04 skills

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
